Molly's Muse: No. 2

It really officially feels like fall, and I am determined to savor every second of it. This tree in my front yard has pretty much peaked already and I can't get over how pretty it is.

This past week has absolutely flown. Some exciting things I did: a cooking Zoom class with my ultimate muse, Martha Stewart (I will be sharing her dinner & dessert recipe!) it was live, and I have to thank YPO for making a really fun evening. My friend and her 2-month-old daughter helped and we had a blast. I also played in a charity golf tournament with my boyfriend and my brother at Deer Run Golf Club.

...And I got ready for my first official Minnetucket Pop-Up Shop in Wayzata! You can even come visit me today (Thursday, September 17th) from 4:30-6 PM at Cov.

Martha Stewart dinner party

My boyfriend and I belong to an organization called YPO, and they have been hosting weekly events (we usually have a monthly, in-person event but those have all been cancelled this year). Last week, we got to make dinner with Martha Stewart, and it turned out SO good. It was simple but delicious and everyone raved over the broiled honey-mustard salmon!

minnetucket pop-up shop

I'm hosting my first Minnetucket Pop-Up shop this week at Cov Restaurant in Wayzata. I have my Ellsworth & Ivey sweaters, Allison Cole Jewelry, and Lake Minnetonka jute bags. Please stop by Wednesday and Thursday, 4:30-6 PM! If you can't stop by, you can always shop online :)

apple orchard day-trips

If you're looking for a nice day-trip idea, try visiting one of Minnesota's apple orchards. I found this blog on Minnetonka Orchards that has 11 of the best orchards to visit, and I haven't decided which I will plan on going to... all I know is I'm craving some apple cider and donuts!

-XOXO Molly
